Strategic Partner: Susan Shearouse
Ms. Shearouse, well known for her work
in the conflict resolution field, has provided facilitation,
mediation, technical assistance and training in conflict
resolution processes to organizations and individuals
through her own firm, Frameworks for Agreement, since 1989.
She is certified as a mediator, trainer and mentor for
court-referred cases for the state of Virginia. Susan's
dynamic style as a trainer encourages participation,
insights and personal growth.
She earned a Master of Science in
Conflict Resolution from George Mason University in 1988.
Since that time, Susan has served as Executive Director of
the National Conference on Peacemaking and Conflict
Resolution (NCPCR), as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Specialist for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation
Service (FMCS), and as adjunct faculty at Georgetown
University's MBA program. She served for ten years on the
Advisory Board of the Institute for Conflict Analysis and
Resolution (ICAR) at George Mason University. Since her
initial mediation training in 1985, she has mediated many
contract disputes, community issues and Equal Employment
Opportunity (EEO) claims, and has worked worked on conflict
resolution initiatives in the Middle East and Balkans. |

Stategic Partner: Carrolle Rushford
CSR's newest strategic partner, Carrolle Rushford works with
Federal Agencies, Executive Associations and Boards (FEAs
and FEBs) to set up training sessions for participants from
agencies in a specific locale. CSR will work with Rushford
Associates to provide “federal” subject matter expertise in
the areas of strategic planning, systemic change, leadership
training and conflict management. In addition, CSR will
assist Rushford in providing federal agencies with dispute
resolution expertise to resolve grievances and complaints at
the lowest level and train agency personnel in dispute
